Steve Nijjar is a former professional soccer player, successful business owner, and owner of Racing Madrid FC, whose lifelong passion for the game includes elite training in England, a professional career with the Toronto Blizzard, and championship-winning leadership in the CPSL that brought Brampton its first professional franchise. He went on to launch Racing Brampton FC to create a clear development pathway for children and young athletes in Brampton to progress into high-performance and professional soccer.

Camilo Benzi brings over 20 years of professional coaching experience to Racing Brampton FC, including eight years in the Canadian Premier League. A former professional player in Chile, Sweden, and Canada and a Chilean national team member, Camilo has developed elite players at the highest levels of the game. Most recently, he served in key coaching and technical leadership roles at York United FC, focusing on goalkeeper performance, defensive organization, coach education, player scouting, and overall team readiness. As a Technical Director for the past five years, his tactical insight, leadership, and commitment to player development make him an inspiring force for our club’s next chapter.

Director of Genova Academy, owner of Racing City Group and former professional soccer player, bases his strategy on helping the players to develop their skills and get used to the culture and demands of European soccer.
